Ann is a career financial services professional having worked in both banking and insurance industries in Kenya.
He has over 14 years’ experience mainly in credit, management relationship management, sales/business development and customer service in both banking and insurance. During her banking career, she was responsible for loan origination and analysis at Cooperative Bank handling micro credit, mortgages and asset finance.
During her career in insurance industry, Ann has served as a bancassurance officer at Cooperative Bank where she was responsible for client recruitment, customer service and claims processing. She has also served as a Sales Manager responsible for agent recruitment and training at Old Mutual Insurance Company. During her banking career she held supervisory positions in various branches which included customer service, relationship management, lending and back office operations.
Ann is currently pursuing Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. She holds Bachelor of Education (Business Studies & Secretarial Studies) from Kenyatta University and a Certificate of Proficiency from Association of Kenya Insurers. She also holds Diploma in Human Resources from Kenya Institute of Management.
