Dr. Azegele is the Chief Executive Officer at Microjarm Agencies, where she has overseen establishment of the company and its Horizon Aqua bottled water brand since 2019. She is an experienced Human Resource and Governance practitioner with over 30 years’ experience having served as Head of Human Resources Management at the Insurance Regulatory Authority and Principal HR Officer at Kenya Utalii College.
She has also consulted on human resources management, leadership and governance for Eastern & Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI), Institute of Directors (Kenya), KCA University and Kenya School of Government, amongst other institutions and has also been a lead consultant in various assignments. She also serves as an Adjunct faculty member at the ESAMI School of Business in both Human Resource Management and Corporate Governance within the Institute’s MBA program.
Dr. Azegele is a certified Human Resource Professional CHRP (K). Her professional memberships include: member the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM), member Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) and member Institute of Directors (IOD) Kenya. She also served for two 3-year terms as a Board member at the National Commission of Occupational Safety and Health (NACOSH).
Dr. Azegele holds a PhD in Management and Leadership from the Management University of Africa, Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the University of Nairobi and BSc Degree from Moi University. She also holds a post graduate diploma in Corporate Governance from KCA University.
